Welcome to the Fall 2024 CITY OF MILTON Rec Program (PreK-6th) Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your payment (credit/debit card or bank account) information available.

These are rec teams. No tryout required. Teams practice in Milton, Georgia.

This is the City of Milton Rec Program. Families who do not live within the City Lines of Milton or Alpharetta, are required to pay an additional $50 non-resident registration fee. Please make sure this fee is added to your cart during checkout. We are required to submit all addresses to the City of Milton for verification. Thank you!

USA Lacrosse Membership Requirement

To complete registration, the player must have a current membership with USA Lacrosse. If you need to join or renew, please do so first and then return to this Registration Session to signup. It may take a few business days for the US Lacrosse membership info and this registration page to sync. If you have not already signed up with USA Lacrosse, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Obtain a USA Lacrosse Membership
- IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT USA LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP or if you need to renew: CLICK HERE
  - Each athlete must have their own unique USA Lacrosse membership
- TO LOOK UP an existing USA Lacrosse Membership Number or find out the expiration date of an existing account: CLICK HERE
Step 2: Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Lacrosse Membership ID that you received. It may take a few business days for your USA Lacrosse membership to verify in the system.
